Beginning with your first day of employment at PowerNet Global, the training process begins. All new employees are given an introductory orientation by a human resources representative before heading to their new department. All newly hired associates will later attend a more comprehensive orientation, which includes information about the company's organizational structure, the performance review process, the process of enrolling in benefits and the procedure for applying for open positions.
