| Primary Responsibilities |
Develop software applications to support new products and business functions. Support/maintain/enhance already developed software applications. |

| Additional Responsibilities |
| Interact with business analysts to understand the requirements for new applications to be developed. Design database schema and applications for implementing new products and business functions. Debug and modify existing applications per requirements specifications. Review code and test applications developed by colleagues. Prepare technical documentation as needed. Consistently deliver a high level of work quality, adhering to accepted quality and coding guidelines. Reliably meet project deadlines and delivery requirements. Support and promote the mission, values and principles of PowerNet Global Communications. |

| Requirements |
| BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands on experience in software development. Specific skills needed (for Software Engineer 2 – Java/Oracle) Designing and developing applications with Java/J2EE including EJB and Swing. Proficient in object oriented design and development. Experience in relational databases and SQL. |
