| Primary Responsibilities |
Responsible for the creation and lifecycle management of core products that meet the needs of PNG’s agents, and delivers profit to the company. This position is the foundation for thorough, cross-functional development, and profitable management of company products. By becoming an expert in the needs of the target market, this role optimizes existing products, creates synergies with related products (i.e. bundling), and continually explores ways to create value that PNG can sell at a profit. |

| Additional Responsibilities |
| Be an expert of the target market; translate this expertise into product development direction and ultimately saleable product propositions Lead the development of a complete Product business model, defining the product itself (i.e. features and benefits), the cross-functional processes required to deliver it, and the financial impact to the company/customer. PNG’s existing Project Process is a key tool that the Manager will utilize as part of the business model Lead cross-functional work teams, involve and engage inter-departmental resources, and champion product ideas. Cross-functional coordination includes Engineering, BAS, Finance/Accounting/Tax, Sales/Agent Development, Marketing, Customer Care organizations, etc. Support product development efforts with market research. Assess and analyze data (i.e. market trends, technology trends), translate data into insights (i.e. competitive analysis, product positioning), and provide a recommendation about how to bring to market (or not at all). This requires the ability to research, glean insights, create financial models (via Excel), and present both information and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner Prioritize development work, balancing the need to fix/optimize existing products while creating new products to fill market opportunities. Work with Marketing to develop launch plans, including communication strategies, product messaging, and positioning |

| Requirements |
| 4-year college degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience, training in technical fields a positive. Significant experience in the telecommunications industry; direct experience with telecommunications products Experience in product launches, preferably in leadership positions (work group or functional). Project management experience and aptitude in systemic thinking/planning. Self-motivated, and able to break down large, complex projects into discrete steps Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in envisioning cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating groups, and driving to a decision Strong/expert skills with MS-Office software- Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Aptitude with Visio, Project, SharePoint a positive. |
