Handle customers account balance inquiry, payments received, address changes, ring to changed and rate inquiry Open trouble tickets on customers regarding service problems Activate and deactivate accounts Follow-up with customers to confirm completed orders and services Work closely with carriers to troubleshoot service problems; 800 numbers and pins not working, unable to make long distance calls, travel cards not working or at credit limit Enter credit for wrong number calls, minimum billings, service charges, etc. to be approved by supervisor Miscellaneous duties as time permits; assist provisioning calling customers with PIC restrictions and assisting customers in getting service switched, handling mail concerning request for cancellations, addition service, complaints, etc. Retrieve messages from customer service voice mail. Strong attendance and punctuality required |
