| Primary Responsibilities |
Responsible for defining data requests, setting priorities and timelines for projects and carrier invoice reconciliation. |

| Additional Responsibilities |
| Support and promote the mission, values and principles of PowerNet Global Communications. Work closely with data requestors, internal and external, to define the scope of each project and to determine delivery date requirements. Monitor the progress of all projects to ensure deadlines are being met, deliver project results to the requestor and determine the requestor’s satisfaction. Assist in research, reporting and recommending effective time management improvements and cost saving solutions. Reconciliation and processing of Carrier and Network invoices. Monthly Invoice reporting and tracking, distribution to internal groups as requested. Analysis of Carrier CDR to identify over billing and validation. Perform internal audits to identify inefficiencies and determine and recommend improvements. Assist with reviewing contract compliance in accordance with carrier and network invoices. |

| Requirements |
| Associates Degree or work equivalent experience 2 years of telecommunications experience. General knowledge of PowerNet Global Products 2 year experience of PowerNet Global departmental procedures Proficient in Excel and Access Must possess good analytical, technical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Ability to work with minimal direction and in a team environment. Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required. Must be able to perform multiple tasks, maintain organization and meet deadlines. |
